Graphic Designing for T-shirts

Hi, I need two designs for T-shirts. I have finalized my concepts. Now I need the two concepts designed. It's very simple. For one design, I have my benchmark available and you need to create a parallel for it. For the second design, I have everything in place. One just needs to put it together on a software and put in some effects. Once the concepts are explained, you can play around with creativity within the specified areas. I can pay $30 for the two designs. Its a relatively simple and painless task. Also confirm which formats you will be submitting the master files in. Payment via Freelancer or Moneybookers.
