Need a design for a game printed on paper

I need help designing a printed paper game (similar to a Yatzy game, but without dice. The game "pages" will be printed in size A6 and consists of: 1. A front page: printed on glitter paper and with a design based on a smart phone 2. 10pcs internal pages on normal paper used to play the game using a pencil. The design must be nice and clean with "Apple like" Sans fonts, and in black and white color. The design must be delivered in a printable format (vector graphics) e.g. AI format in the right proportions. More details will be provided to qualified bidders.
