2d floor plan

my name is ran\r\ni have 2d/3d company [login to view URL]\r\nand i am looking for highly skilled people\r\ni have my own team of freelancers, and i am looking to Strengthen them with more skilled ones.\r\ni need auto cad expert that can take my dwg of building plans (usually 2-6 apartments at each floor)\r\n\r\nand make me clean flatten 2d dwg with only 5-6 layers so i can next make layered psd for floor plan\r\nlayers can be:\r\n1. walls, all closed single width outlines poly line , and as separate layer of walls as solid hatch.\r\n2. windows, doors, and other outlines like balconies and such\r\n3. furniture layer\r\n4. sanitary layer\r\n5. set size in certain way (always will be same, just Numbers will change)\r\n6. all floors as icon and that specific apartment included (see in sample attached how it will look after i work on this dwg into photoshop)\r\n\r\nin addition, i need also someone expert in google sketchup, that can build full detailed model (with furniture\'s) from auto cad plans, model must be accurate, build with facades, plans, cuts, and error free!\r\nif you bid only for sketchup, mention this\r\n\r\nthis is not one time work, i need expert, fast, accurate person/company that can give me service all year long (hundreds a year and even more), with very good respond time. and Service oriented freelancer!\r\nfor example, if i send building plans with 12-15 apartments, all should be ready no more then 10hours\r\nthat\'s lots of time for expert.\r\n\r\nin this samples. text is in Hebrew, that should not bother anyone, cos anyway i add it in photoshop\r\nalso, to be clear, i don\'t need the final product, only layered dwg, or even better , also ready psd to work on /(add icons, floors, and so on)\r\n\r\nand price must be competitive cos i order all year long\r\n\r\ngood luck
