I am seeking someone to redesign my existing website by just changing the header. Currently the website is a news search engine but its does not have all the search characteristics of a search engine. I need a professional designer who can create me a new responsive design. I need the responsive design to be a duplicate of the search i listed above with slight changes to make it different. 2.
