Full design needed for my site

As discussed : the site is a social game where user has to share the site on social networks to win a prize. they select a prize then share and the game starts. the game is all fake. it simulate visits...with numbers and time. telling to the visitor that if they get X visits within x minutes they win the prize. there are 3 paths coded in the game and they send to different internal pages 1=win paht (the user win the prize directly) 2=lose/win path the user loses the prize then share the site on another social network to get extra seconds...and win the prize using the extra seconds 3==lose/lose the user loses the prize then share the site on another social network to get extra seconds...and lose the prize using the extra seconds actually these 3 paths are randomized so they happen 33,3% of times for each one anyway there is a config file to which i will provide access too where you can alter a single value and only 1 path will happen 100% of the time so you can see all the internal pages and popups connected with that spacific path and work on each path one by one give it a look to the demo [login to view URL] i think it will help u to understand i need the site layout to be made perfect for all resolutions since now high resolution cause display problems. i also need the site to appear nice on mobiles and a full graphic design for the site with new logo and everything even popups need to be made great
