get data from mysql, create a multi-user web app for viewing

I have read-only access to a fast-changing mysql database table that contains a list of messages. The table is regularly updated with new messages that staff need to keep track of and mark when processed. Need to build a web application that does the following Read data from the source mysql database in realtime and insert replica in another database. Include additional fields to the new database to track actions of users regarding status of messages. Functionality for users: a. Select individual or multiple messages and change status from "new" to "processed" b. Mark individual or multiple messages as duplicate. Duplicate messages will be grayed out but still available for administrator to restore or undelete. Already processed messages can be in normal text while new messages will be bold. Or they can be color differentiated. Messages will be sorted by date received field already in the original database. Application dashboard should show: Number of messages received today Number of messages processed today Number of new messages yet to be processed Web application should be protected with login credentials and log of each user's actions. Super users can view action logs of other users and can undelete messages. Export a summary report of the day's activity to a log file on the server. Application will have a nice-looking interface with my company logo. Need this done within few hours.
