I would suggest you to go for complete site redesigning and development over the existing framework, because the site lacks in visual quality and as well as user-friendliness. Site is not responsive, that is not adaptable to small screen devices of tablets and mobiles (major source of potential buyer leads). Navigation through menu and sub-menus sections is not organized. Pictures describing products and services are very less.
