PC SMARTPHONE simulation SITE(PHP)

Please read carefully before BID.. 1)Need to be supportive to smartphone and PC browsers. 2)PHP, MYSQL, Angular JS/PaperJS etc. (We need to discuss on what technologies to be used) 3)There is a tool (developed in flash). User can simulate the wedding hall and design the hall as per his/her requirement. Then the data will be send to Admin/Client who will take care of the marriage hall and do the same type decoration. So by this system, User can drag drop different items like chairs..tables..table clothes glass..plate..etc. And finally save the design and send the data to client. Function for PDF download of the final design is needed. Registration/Login/forgot password/Profile Change will be there. 4)System requirement is not completely designed now..So i need someone who can help in planning too. 5)The time line for the project will be 1 month maximum. Fee is negotiable. If you have any experience of such sites where user can drag drop items to design something..please send me the URL.
