Forum moderator-promoter needed for graphics related forum

Your main duty will be to make forum active and popular. We pay $0.10 per post regardless who posted, you or the user. Please PM us for the forum URL. PLEASE NOTE: This job is the trial for one month only. It may be a long term project or may be not. After the first month we'll analize results and decide if it's worth for us to continue wth the project. If yes payment system and other conditions will be reevaluated. CONDITIONS: 1. We'll pay $0.10 for every post you make on the forum and for every post that user makes. Before you get paid for user posts, the user has to make at least 10 posts. For example: if user makes 7 posts you'll be paid $0. If user makes 15 posts you'll be paid $1.50 etc. 2. You'll need to make at least 10 posts daily, either as yourself or a fictional user. Posting daily is the must 3. You'll have to go to other graphic forums and promote our forum to atract users to start posting on our forum 4. You need to know Photoshop and be familier with other graphics related software in order to answer user qestions 5. Our budget for the first trial month is $200
