Looking for an Graphics, and X-Cart specialist

Hi, We are looking to work with a profesional that is fluent with X-Cart in and out. For the last few years we have been operating an online ecommerce business. Currently we have our main store working under an X-Cart shopping cart, and any work we have done has been done by X-Cart themselves. I can no longer afford their prices, and honestly i am less then impressed with their customer service. For the money i have spent with them you would think they would offer some support for free, but not with X-Cart, just for them to look at our store it would cost us $100. So i am forced to see if there is an honest person out there that wants to become our dedicated webmaster so to speak. We just cant afford to have down time, and that is just one of the many items. Besides being there for us when there is a technical issue, we also need graphics for advertising, custom x-cart cart modifications that are done properly, and anything that comes up when running an ecommerce site. Its been tough for the last few years finding reliable people. I can honestly say i have not found that one person i can fully rely on to complete jobs within a normal time frame, or to be there when there is an emergency. At this point i have seen it all. I have been had for thousands of dollars, trust me i have seen it all. From people not completing jobs at all to people stealing our design, i have seen it all. I am a very easy person to deal with as long as what is promised gets completed. Not to mention that i would be a customer for life should i be able to find the right person. We always have something to do on the website. Currently i have more then 8 tickets going with x-cart, and i also have numerous mods in production. So its simple...if you are professional, honest, hard working, affordable, good with graphics, great with x-cart, and great with programming then i would like to talk to you. We need a dedicated person in our court. We pay for jobs in split payments because of past ripoffs, that could change with the right person. We also pay per job, and per hour...we are flexible to your needs also. One hand washes the other so to speak. This is a long term oppertunity. Kind Regards, Marc
