Question/Answer website framework

Project is for completion of a framework for a web application in written in .NET. (NB It might be overkill but project must use MVC framework so please don't bid if you have no experience in this). Features Database design Customers - Cust. ID/Short Name/Email/Password/Location Questions - Question ID/Free format text. Answers -Cust. ID/Question ID/Answer (Yes/No). Home Screen/UI Very clean, sparse home page featuring blank background, Login/Sign Up button/link in top right corner and then display of one random question in large text from the database and options of 'Yes' or 'No' links/buttons beneath. Click log in , displays login / connect with Facebook / sign up options 'Login' option - mail and password input - check against database and go to 'Customer Interface' UI. 'Connect with Facebook' option uses Facebook API to 'login' - you'll have to explain to me how that works and if you get user's email address as part of that authentication. 'Sign Up' option displays Enter Email/Password/Short Name/Verify password\Location (from drop down box), creates new customer entry on database, (i.e. generate customer ID, store email/password/location. Click Yes - Store question and answer in local cache. Click No - Store question and answer in local cache. Click either - re-display home page with new random question. Repeat 3 times After 3rd answer interrogate database to search for all customers that have been asked the same 3 questions and have given matching answers. Home page displays message - 'There are 'x' number of people who agree with you' Select your location to find out how many of these are in your area'. Present drop down location list as per login page. When location is selected interrogate database to search for all customers that have been asked the same 3 questions and have given matching answers with matching location. Home page displays new message - 'There are 'x' number of people in your area who agree with you' Login or Sign Up to ask them a question. Customer Interface UI Looks the same as Home screen but 'Hello <short name> Ask your matches a question' button/link displayed in top right corner instead of log in option. Display one random question in large text from the database and options of 'Yes' or 'No' links/buttons beneath. Click 'Hello <short name> Ask your matches a question' - display message 'Feature is in development'. Question functionality is then the same as Home screen, (3 questions etc), but this time each answer is stored on answer database by question ID. This is phase one of the project - other functionality is required and will be awarded directly to the freelancer employed or via new a project tendered via freelancer.com
