Website re-design, logo design, business card design, email & newsletter template design etc for 3 websites - repost

Hi all, This is a simple design project for all you creative types. OUR WEBSITES (Magento and PHP) [login to view URL] [login to view URL] [login to view URL] PROJECT REQUIREMENTS 1) Email and newsletter templates. That includes all templates related to emails that are sent to our clients (when they register on our website, buy a product, get a password reset etc etc) 2) Business cards 3) Online banners on the website (both the ones that are widescreen and others; we can assist with ideas) 4) Website custom look and feel based around the current Magento SHOPPER extension 5) Anything else you can suggest (the more you can suggest the better you understand the needs of a business) DESIGN GUIDELINES 1) [login to view URL] This is a technology driven website selling consumer electronics. Colours: We would like to use red, white and green. Graphics: A cactus plant Font: The current website theme is SHOPPER ([login to view URL]) and it uses Google fonts. We would like to use the same font in our marketing materials and on the website. 2) [login to view URL] This is a jewellery selling website (we will expand to clothing and shoes soon) Colours: Black, white, grey (have a look at: [login to view URL]) Font: Fritz Quadrata 3) [login to view URL] This is a technology driven website selling consumer electronics. Colours: We would like to use the current colours (light blue, white, red) Font: Same as the current font 4) For [login to view URL] and [login to view URL] you will need to take into account the current Magento extension loaded (SHOPPER). We just need to personalise the current look and extension to make it look more like our own site and not just a basic template website. YOUR SKILLS 1) Well versed in design. You probably don't need to know Magento but you will need to know what email/marketing templates it uses so that you can modify them. 2) You will need to show us your portfolio. We will not accept bids from NEW developers who cannot show us a successful design portfolio. By showing us the portfolio, you confirm 100% that you are its owner and designer and you are not copying anyone else's work. We will report anyone who lies to us to Freelancer. This is a 2 part project: 1) We will need to see your mock ups before agreeing to proceed further with the project. If your mockups are of low design quality, you agree to be removed from the project and cancel the milestone so that someone else with better skills can take over. We need to see your mockups after 4 days or we reserve the right to remove you from the project. 2) Once we, accept your mockups, you can proceed to the final design stage. MILESTONE RELEASES Milestones will be released within 24 hours of successful UAT completion. YOUR UNDERTAKING AS A FREELANCER Your bidding and acceptance of the project indicates that you will be able to complete the work by the required timeframes shown above. If you fail to deliver the project by the required deadlines, a payment reduction of 10% of the winning bid will apply per day until the project is completed. The idea behind this is simple: if you don't have the skills nor the time, don't waste our time, don't bid and give that opportunity to someone else. Good luck!
