BrightSign BrightAuthor template creation

I require a customized template layout design with a unique theme tailored for a medical centre where the TV will be displayed. I will be playing advertisements that will be branded with the theme of a medical centre. The template would need to have 4 multi grid zones. The large zone will be used to play advertisements, the second large zone on the left will feature the services of the business and mini advertisements/events/promotions, and the bottom zone ticker will feature the company contact information and number. Would it be possible to use all four grid zones to promote a few select businesses such a dealership, insurance and etc?
