Build a car showroom website with a technical report

I need a website creating for a vehicle showroom. I can give you an example of the showroom which has similar features. For this website I need a academic/technical report, this report must contain all the development phases of the website, explain what each code does etc, and include things like wireframes, sitemaps, user requirements, Gantt charts, risk assesments, UML diagrams etc, client requirements, prototyping Use cases, User testing. I can provide an example of what I want the report to be like. It has to be an in depth report and completed within the next 2/3 days. I'm looking for someone who has skills in both web programming and writing technical reports. Also they must be able to speak english and give me regular updates! This project is URGENT so it needs to be completed in the next 2/3 days. Thank you
