I need someone to built a coming soon page with a few forms and a backend. I want to use this theme [login to view URL] with a few modifications I need a sign up from for User A and a application process for User B. We should be able to see it on the backend. We should see the application of User B and be able to click accepted or denied. For User B will need a basic calculator where they input a number and we give them an different number, basic calculation. User B should get an email that their application is under review and another email if they got accepted or denied
