Design and Build a Jobs Analytics Website and Mobile app for Niche Industry

We need a 100% custom and fully responsive job analytics website and mobile app (iPhone and Android) built for a niche industry. This product is designed for companies to post jobs in one location, generate jobs feed (also post their jobs to other sites like craigslist, careerbuilder, monster and other niche sites), store job applications, give full analytics for their jobs and sources of applications, market to their stored applications via email blasts (design email templates), sms text and automated voice calls (integrated with our Twilio account). Text and Automated voice system should be designed to have similar features such as Callfire.com. Also, companies should be able to manage the hiring process through stages of hiring, assign applications to specific recruiters etc. (similar to [login to view URL] and other similar sites). Companies should be able to post jobs to multiple free job boards similar to a [login to view URL] (100+ job sites). Think of this design as a merger of [login to view URL], [login to view URL] and [login to view URL] giving detailed analytics. We need the ability to set up individual company accounts, agency accounts (where companies can manage multiple accounts) and white label our product so other companies can market our [login to view URL] goal of this product is to give companies one central location to post jobs, track performance, market to applicants, mange applications and hire applicants. I do not want anything shady or unethical with the design of our site, respecting copyrights of others and their policies.
