Design a job description

I have an existing job description for my organisation which needs redone. it is six pages long. It has the usual descriptor stuff as well as tables etc. I have the updated text but I need a far more exciting design for the layout. This will require design work, using our corporate colours and logo and will need to be editable in word. I know designing in word is not optimal but this is the constraint we have. The final version should be provided as a fully editable word document, with the background image saved. I guess it's more a template I need. I require the drop downs in the table as well. I am after a contemporary design. I have attached a very rough/ bad example. I require three sketch designs, using the elements combined in the attached document and then I will choose a design to progress with. Thereafter it is a case of finalising that design. Payment will only be made at the end of the project. The full amount will be escrowed up front. I will also require an invoice as well. On the second page I require a pictograph of the information in the bottom right hand box The file is saved as A3 but I require it as A4. The A3 is just to make it a bit easier to read at the moment. Companies or individuals within Australia would be nice. If you are interested then please put P&C at the beginning of your bid to show you've actually read this project.
