existing Website need to be converted into Wordpress-Template based on bootstrap

The website [login to view URL] need to be converted into Wordpress / Bootstrap-Template. Beside this, it need to be made responsive also. As the client has also another webpage ([login to view URL]) which is already hosted on our servers, they want to administrate both with same login-credentials. Therefore I have made a copy to dev-server and have converted it to multi-site. The old page do not need to be touched in any way. Rules for bidding: Please don't send me anything generic that promotes you or your team, no need for any examples which don´t have any reference to this project. Just confirm you have done something similar, can do it quickly and inexpensively. Maybe you want even show me the prototype right away, and you will have a good chance of winning this project.
