Looking for a developer to create either a web-based program/app. Some basic examples of programs similar to what we are looking for are: [login to view URL] [login to view URL] Some pictures of what the end product of using this products would look like: Customer experience maps: [login to view URL] [login to view URL] Customer journey maps: [login to view URL] [login to view URL] [login to view URL] Personas: [login to view URL] [login to view URL] [login to view URL] The program needs to be able to create personas like the ones above with the ability to add boxes that can contain text, graphs and upload pictures. The program also needs to be able to create a customer journey map with swim lanes that can added or removed and that can contain, text, pictures, symbols, both bar and line graphs and each swim lane must be able to be labeled as future or past state. these maps will link to the created personas and should be able to add links to staff personas as well for each stage in the map
