Please read the brief and explain why you are a good fit for this particular project. Generic responses will not be responded to. Franchisee extranet for multiple franchisees to manage, view reports, submit questions etc about their individual business. Ideally WordPress powered (maybe multisite for each franchisee?) but that isn’t essential. Needs to run on Linux VPS. ¥ Profile – Franchisee can edit personal and company details ¥ Account – Franchisee can access all invoices from parent company to them which need to be auto generated based on information stored in a WordPress database on another site. Statements of account detailing what they owe and what they are owed also need to be automatically generated, again, based on information contained in a different WordPress site. ¥ Reports – Franchisee can run and export reports for various days of trading. Data sourced from external WordPress database. ¥ Messages – Messages to the Franchisee from the parent company (non-global) ¥ Franchise Support – Franchisee can view contact details for their Franchise support manager and can send emails or make calls directly from the page. ¥ Equipment Order – Franchisee can order additional equipment such as uniforms, heat box replacement, cash boxes etc etc. ¥ Promotional Campaigns – Franchisee can view their currently running promotional arrangements or can request additional ones. ¥ Restaurant And Menu Changes – Franchisees can request menu amendments or new restaurants to be added to the menu system. Also a change log of the latest menu updates will be available for them to view. ¥ Forms – All company forms available here for online submission. I.E. incident report, customer complaint etc ¥ Compliance – All required proofs of compliance uploaded here by the Franchisee. I.E. Employer Liability Insurance, Public Liability Insurance, Vehicle Insurance etc etc. ¥ Human Resources – All staff details for each Franchisee’s staff members are stored here with copies of their application forms, interview results, references, CRB, driving licences, P45’s etc etc. ¥ Training – Training manuals can be accessed and training records can be kept and updated. ¥ Franchise Manual – The latest version of our Franchise manual in pdf format and a change log of all updates.

Greetings, After reviewing your complete job description , i never recommend you to build this system in wordpress, You should go for php advanced framework like laravel and CI. Wordpress is good for small and information website but not good fit for the project you are thinking to built. I must say all the requirements are much clear and i can see the scope of the project.
