We are trying to find a way with Google Maps API to display multiple pins within a single suburb to be viewable in a circle within that suburb. Eg. At the moment if we import a list of people within one suburb it will deploy one pin with all people residing in the single pin. I would like a spread of pins over the top of that suburb with each persons information (csv fed at present on google drive) to be viewable from a clickable pin for each individual. There may be more work to follow on from this, this is just a start.

You need to use an array of marks, so they can be showed as a list of pins, one for each person. It will need a function when the user click on a mark the information will be prompted. You don't need to much code.
