Modify existing Flyer for Print/Web

We have an existing flyer in Adobe Illustrator format which we require some modifications to. Specifications once the changes are completed are listed below. The source (vector) file should be provided. The flyer will be distributed both electronically and in the print media, so we will need the appropriate vector formats (pdf, source files. .jpg format with a black border. They also said the ad is 7" high x 5.25" Quarter page layout Overprint text Cmyk Black and white Color version) We need these changes quickly (within a few hours).
