Web development Badoo Clone (web/mobile)

I need a new website. I already have a design, I just need you to build it. PLEASE READ I'N FULL BEFORE BIDDING! I Need a custom clone template of [login to view URL] (mobile and desktop version). Hi all, i need a template creating for me which has the same feel like [login to view URL] the same sort of layout, homepage/login look and feel through the whole template, i wont need the chat facility as members will chat to each other through messages on their account but will need a function so members can add images to messages they send, also if we can add a function so members can pay for extra functions of the site via sms then that would be good. I would do most of the work myself but im way too busy. I would like it in the same style all through the template not just the home page. And it needs to be fully mobile friendly, Contact me with cost and time expectancy or anymore details. Just to clarify, i want a full template/website designed/created based on [login to view URL] , i want the same style and fuction thats [login to view URL] uses, i want the same fuctions like: matching, mobile top up (for credits to account) etc and it needs to be designed for people in the UK . i dont just want the design i want the template created for me to use and if possible i would like it so i can use with dolphin 7.3.0 please don't waste my time with stupid bids or saying you can do the job when you can't, had way too many time wasters already, I will require atleast 1 update each day the project takes.
