Key Responsibilities: Develop and implement innovative business development strategies specific to e-commerce and general trading. Identify and engage potential clients in the Dubai and UAE markets. Foster and maintain strong relationships with both new and existing clients. Undertake market research to uncover new business opportunities and stay ahead of industry trends. Collaborate with the marketing team on promotional campaigns and outreach efforts. Craft and present business proposals and pitches to potential clients. Negotiate and finalize partnership agreements and business deals. Provide periodic updates on business development activities, market insights, and strategic progress. Work in tandem with the management team to ensure strategies are well-aligned with the business’s long-term goals. Ideal Candidate Profile: Strong entrepreneurial spirit with a background in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. Minimum of 5 years’ experience in business development, preferably in e-commerce or general trading. Deep knowledge of the UAE and GCC markets. Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and presentation skills. Proven success in business growth and client acquisition. Ability to operate independently while aligning with the company’s mission and values. Fluency in English; Arabic proficiency is highly beneficial.
