html for custom PayPal button and formatted text.

The task is to create html for a custom PayPal button and css/html for formatted text. Note that this is for a website built in Weebly, make sure you are familiar with it (it supports css/html/java only). If you are unsure you can complete this project then do not bid! The PayPal button: - the html is to reference to three button image files, i.e. one image when button is clicked, one when it is hovered over, and one a standard button image; - the html is to consist of 'add to cart' button and a drop-down menu with 30 different quantity/price options (note that standard PayPal standard button supports only 10 options); - the button will display on multiple webpages. But it's html must be written in a way that it references to global html i.e. when quantity/price options are changed in this global html then buttons should update on all webpages; - product name is to be taken from webpage name (exluding ".html" section). The css/html for formatted text: - nearly each webpage on the website has standard description (a few paragraphs with bold/italic/underlaid text and hyperlinks). The aim is to write this description only once and then do a html reference to it on each webpage so that changing the description once would update on all webpages. Upon request I will provide a link to a website that these items are required for. Then everything should be clear. Before accepting project confirm what you require of me, e.g. PayPal account type etc - anything that affects this project. Note that the website is in Weebly which is based on templates and elements. I can update global html, or add html elements to webpages or create a webpage type with unique html. Weebly does not support all languages. Html, CSS and java is fine. Note that you will not be given admin access to the website on Weebly. If you need to access Weebly then you should create your own account, this will take you 1 min or less.
