I want a simple webpage script based on flask python and html that can capture snapshot from webcam. And when you click submit it will store the snapshot picture and process that picture also. So three thing, one flask file, one [login to view URL], and one sample upload file. I will give you my script to you understand more. Also i want explanation of each code written. In my file script, you can ignore classification rule but the code to enter google_api_utils must be image or base64
