Well There are 3 parts 1- sending/receiving emails + sms. Both sms and email sending have some difficulties. For sending/receiving sms you have to have some number (will it be same number for all contributors?) + you have to sign some contract with some provider which you will use to send/receive sms. There are many services for sending sms and some services for receiving. It depends on your preferences and we have to discuss it how you see it. I can use any API which will be provided by any provider 2- management of contributors/receivers + admin panel pages - thats doable and we must first draw all the screens schematically and then I can realize them. 3- design. It isnt my strong skill. Im developer and not designer. I must say that im not frontend developer basically. I know frontend and I can do some things but honestly it isnt my powerful skill. But. If you think we can choose some html theme from themeforest or codecanyon for these scopes - we can add your brand style, maybe change some colors and this way I think it will resolve your needs? Its doable this way.
