Mobile App for a book using GAP

I'm looking for Mobile GAP developer how can create an App for a book that I have. The App supposed to have the following features. 1- Cover page. 2- The application should be created using GAP technology and reading from HTML files that contains the content and images of the book. Each chapter in independent file. 3- Sliding Index menu with heading and sub headings and highlight the active chapter. 4- The developer should give me the source code of the project. 5- The app should have a nice design. 6- Compatible with both Mobile and Tablet devices. 7- The book in Arabic language so the application should be RTL.
