Retail shop inventory project

Input: inventory of shops Output: a few potential options 1. a display of the inventory on a map 2. Half map plus lower half showing inventory shops Technology: Php mysql backend to record data every 20 mins the inventory of every shop. Each shop must have at least two products (max 20). Each product must have # in stock and maximum stock that be stored in shop. Developer must create an API for how inventory shop's code can communicate this information with the backend. Use a simple login password. Client side: location aware html5 application that's cross platform targeting android and iphone. Detects location and tells the nearest shop and it's inventory. Map must be able to pinch and zoom. Map must also show the apps orientation. Client can also vote "% of inventory full" graphs for the following options: last 1 month, last 3 months, last 6 months and last 12 months. Php server should have the data cached in anticipation of high volume views. A lower portion of the client's screen must have a section to display images of company messages to the app users. These images should take up no more than 10% of the screen's height. Code requirements: Code , variables and comments are in English Code and variables are structured for readability.
