I am looking for a talented cartoonist to create a classic style cartoon comic on a single page. The comic will be targeted towards adults. Theme and Storyline: - I have a rough idea for the storyline, but I need help refining it. - The cartoonist should have experience in developing engaging and entertaining storylines for comics.
