We have 250 facebook accounts and we want someone to access the accounts and make friends invites. Our goal is 5,000 friends per account gotten over the course of three months. You will need to control the pace of the friend invites because Facebook will block the account if you try to add too many friends within a certain period. Please keep in mind that we have specific needs. The friends we invite must be either (1) from a particular United States City (2) of a certain profession. We only want US Citizens between the ages of 25 and 45. We want this done manually, you must follow our instructions for the kind of friend we want (age, race...etc) as well as the location of the friend (Current City). For this bid, please put the bid amount based on getting 5000 friends in 250 accounts. Also please make sure you specify you are doing this manually.

As per Facebook they cannot provide any specifics on the rate limits that are enforced. Also it depends on different factors, such as speed, time, and quantity. So manually in a day I can add 60-65 friends per account resulting 250*60= 15000/day. so it will take 80 days for me to complete.
