It’s a unique opportunity to work remotely (from home) and become a part of a multinational team of customer reference representatives from around the world. We are now looking for a reference representative covering China based in the close proximity to Beijing in order to go to the office from time to time for face to face meetings. The Reference Program is a Global support center for sales and marketing teams and the work consists of working with databases of references = happy clients, onboarding new (happy) clients into the program and to answering customer requests via email. The person which we are looking for is ready to deliver the best service possible for our clients and is always helpful and friendly when answering clients’ requests. As most of our work is done over phone the person needs to be ready to pick up the phone anytime and provide guidance and assistance as well as keep the deadlines and be able to search within databases.
