Need Germany (DE) Unique Visitors

Hi there everyone! This is my first project i post on Freelancer, been reading about a few people who turned to Freelancers because companies can't always deliver the traffic they promised. Or the good companies are hard to find. However, i have been searching for someone who can deliver Germany (DE) Targeted traffic to my web site. I found a few companies who could do this, either they wanted ridiculous CPM's or the traffic was just not being counted properly or not deliviered on time thought i've payed extra for fast deliveries. So, want i need is for someone to provide me with some good unique DE traffic, and for a long time as well. I would like to start a good business relationship with you. Because i need this traffic all the time, every month of the year. But of course, i would like to try your services first to see that you actually deliver what you say you can. A sample of no more than 10k is all i need to see that it works.(iframe is a BIG no no) But later on, i am interested in buying several million visitors every month.
