SEO optimization / Local Google Ranking

GENERAL REQUIREMENTS: I need to get 10 keywords (they are very low competition) into top 5 of [login to view URL] and at least 3 of them (i will provide the importance order) on the 1st place. Deadline is 2-3 months. (DON'T REQUEST ANY INITIAL MILESTONE, PAYMENT WILL ONLY BE DONE AFTER RESULTS ACHIEVED). Provide detailed SEO techniques you will use, including weekly reports that you will send me (in spreadsheet which will include all links) and verifiable examples of completed projects you have done - I will contact customer to verify results so please include contact info. In addition you must analyze website for proper SEO optimization to assist in achieving these results. OTHER IMPORTANT REQUIREMENTS: -- ABSOLUTELY NO BLACK HAT METHODS, ONLY WHITE HAT METHODS -- Expert understanding of Google Updates and how to work with them (Panda, Pinguin, etc) -- Google guidelines must be followed and no way should be compromised -- Only white hat, experienced, highly ranked on freelancer.com SEO experts should bid -- Quality back links must relate to site topic on high quality relevant sites -- No spam method(s) can be used -- No black hat, gray hat or unethical SEO methods are to be used -- no junk profile building techniques are to be used -- No use of automated software or bots -- No links from under construction pages -- No java links, jump scripts, framed pages, redirects, cloaking, CSS redirects, 301 redirects, dynamic links, flash sites/pages, hidden links, no string parameters, etc. -- No link farms, traffic exchanges, link exchange programs or web rings -- No paid traffic sites -- No banned sites, porn, gambling, violent, illegal sites, etc. -- No other methods or techniques that will get the site banned, de-indexed or sandbox PAYMENT: Milestone Once you get website to top 5 in [login to view URL] for all the 10 keywords and 1st place for at least 3 of the keywords and positions are not dropped for 1 month I will release the payment. Please also provide monthly maintainance price to make sure positions are not lost , payment will be done at the end of each month for the previous month.
