Themed Link Building Project One Way

I need 70 PR1+ permanent quality themed back links for my site(site is in Spanish- preferred Spanish speaker) Requirement are as follows : - Link should be submitted gradually (up to 20 per day) - Page Rank is for page that has the backlink - NOT the homepage or other page on the site - I will provide anchor text for links. Theme is of primie importance...if the link is not themed, it will not count. - Links must be permanent, dofollow, from google indexed page - Page that hosts the link should be static - On the page there should be no more than 25 outgoing links..Very imp criteria. - Links must be from different domains. - Sites must be search engine friendly, that is no redirects, cloaking, etc. - Links are not allowed from forums, blogs, website directories, bulletin boards, and other free-for-all sites - Link pages must be within googles TOS. - No use of black hat software. Seriously. - Link should be submitted manually (up to 20 per day) - No link exchange programs or web rings such as [login to view URL], [login to view URL], [login to view URL], [login to view URL] etc. - No links from under construction pages. - No adult web sites or with illegal content. - No contextual ads sites, popups, intrusive advertising, etc. i.e. NO SPAMMING - No fake PR or sites banned by Google, Yahoo, Bing. - No java/javascript links, hidden links, jump scripts, framed pages, redirects, cloaking, dynamic links, flash pages, hidden links, session ID's, etc. - ALL LINKS Should be completed within 10 days of awarding, otherwise no payment REPORTS: A report is required. You will provide an excel spreadsheet. The spreadsheet will be checked and payment will be provided within one week. The spreadsheet shall contain the following: (all URLs shall be hyperlinks) Date Placed Site Name PR of Home page Link site home URL PR of Link Page Link page URL Link Anchor Text domain popularity of Link Page Potential for monthly contract.
