Wordpress Blog Optimization

Dear Wordpress Experts, I've recently created a Wordpress (3.3.1) website called [login to view URL] The site is a blog directed at attracting visitors who are interested in interacting with content associated with 'Dating, Relationships and Personal Development'. Site Purpose: My goal for the site is as follows: 1. Attract at least 1000 visitors per month; 2. Rank highly in google search results through implementing effective SEO strategies; 3. Attract and build a list of RSS and Blog Subscibers; and 4. Make a few $ through Adsense, Affiliate and Contract Advertising campaigns! Your Scope for this Project: After I have had a go at setting this up myself, I'm not all that happy with the appearance of the site, so Im looking for an experienced Wordpress web designer to assist optimize the sites appearance and functionality by: 1. Review the site and make suggestions for improvements and customisation opportunities through adding cool plugins / widgets (such as featured posts / images / video etc), changing the Home Page layout to make it more interesting, optimising SEO functionality, implementing Adsense and tips for creating good content (i.e. words, video, images, tags etc); and 2. Implement the approved changes / recommendations at the website; and 3. Provide a quick summary as to how I can maintain / go forward working with the changes you have implemened on my site. I guess Im really looking to you for your knowledge and experience in contemporary website design to spruse my site up a bit without having to do a complete redesign. For someone who is very familer with Wordpress and Web Site design this shouldn't consume more than 2 hours (max) of your time. thanks, Ray.
