Hello, We are a fast-growing vacation rental management company located in Philadelphia, PA. We are looking for another team member for our marketing department. Here are the skills: Communication skills Analytical skills Writing skills Problem-solving skills Research skills You will take responsibilities of: (1) Drafting and reviewing different adverts/listings online (2) Drafting Rate Plans and Running comparative Analysis of nearby Adverts to find the optimum rates for each Property. (3) Checking the Existing Ranking of each advert on a daily basis as well as ensuring that the listing is not shadowbanned (4) Writing Copyscape Proof Content for each advert (5) Ability to create Guidebooks as well as other content for listings (6) Advanced Knowledge of MS- Excel is required (7) Knowledge of Adobe Photoshop is a definite plus. On a side note, we'd be very excited to review some thoughtful and specific proposals from marketing experts. If you do not have any marketing experience, also specific to online platforms as such, this is not for you. I'm sorry. However, if you do have such experience, let's talk.
