iOS port scanner

We would like to have a modified app of an iOS app which is called "Scany". You find this app on the iTunes store. We want the same features (see below!!!), but an improved and modern design which should be based on the iOS app called "SubnetInsight", which you can also find on the iTunes store. For the graphic parts we can hire another graphic company which could do the job in cooperation with the developer/programmer, as far as necessary. If you have some additional ideas to improve the new app, so please let us know. The app have to run on iOS 4.x, 5.x and hopefully on future iOS versions too. As a future project based on that, it should exist an iPad version (HD graphics). We would like to have an professional work incl. quality testing.
