Hotel,bars,e.t.c entries (Project)

Hello I need an app for Android with some categories like hotels, bars and a few more and when a user click there to view the entries and get some text info, one image, and the user must be able to do search also and locate on the map. I am not hurry on this app. It will be like this: Hotels -Hilton Description of the hotel and some starts there so the user that visit the hotel can rate it and the higher rated goes first on the hotels list :) The same with a few more categories...... And i need to have 2 samples on each category and let me know at the end how can i add myself more. It will be great also to add an option to locate where the user is and automiticaly find the closer hotels or bars. It will be the app for free for a small island with not more entries but i need to add them myself so i do not waste a lot of time from the developer. The developer must also provide all graphics and icons and must be comunicate with me using an IM so we finish faster without problems and if he can send a screenshot when is creating something so i can aprrove it it will be better so we will not have any misunderstandings :) Thank you
