Prevent student from cheating

Hey guys. I tried add this project erlier, but was very short on details. I need to have a gruop or a single person that is able to communicate frequently on skype with questions, so they don't code wrong and have to redu the project beacuse of misscommunication. I need a system that will prevent students from cheating at tests, exams and avoid student from playing games and such when they are in class. First i have to have program that can register student users and teacher users. With the following for student: Student's name: Student's username: Password for student: What school the student belong to. Teacher has to have the following information: Teacher's name: Teacher's username: Password for teacher What school the teacher belongs to. Logically the student and teachers have to have different databases. So here it goes: The student app: Has to be an app that don't have to be installed on the machine. Run on the machine and when you close it, nothing has happened to your system. Like a webstart app off sort. When they have started the app. They have to insert a username, password and what classrom to belong to. When the student click connect to your classrom the app closes down and goes to the system tray. The app has to ping the database server every 5 seconds, so teachers know their student is using the app. There will be a line in their desktop saying what class he/she is in and what their name is and what teacher is connected to them and what is blocked. The Teachers Web application ( I think a web application is the best solution) Here they just log in with their username and password that i make. The teachers consolle: The consolle will look a lot like other software that is on the market, like netsupport school, lanschool, netop and netcontrol2. But i don't wan't all the functions: Here are the functions i wan't 1. Block all application on the student's computer exept all the one listed. (Give message to student with a warning that this application is blocked) 2. Block all internet access on the student's computer exept all the one listed. 3. Block access to the usb and cd 4. The possibility to lock the student's computer's mouse and keyboard displaying a message on the student's screen that his/hers machine have been locked. 5. Look at what they are doing on their screens. How i wan't the connection to work. When student log in with username and password, he writes with big letters what the classrom name is. When the teacher input the same name on his/hers consolle. They connect. The application has to work with mac, linux, windows all versions. 32 and 64 bit. (Not necessary in this gig that mac, linux works, but all the windows versions have to work) Maybe a java app? No installation is necessery.
