Java Automation for uploading files

Hi, we need a java automation pro. ( [login to view URL] ) We are client of an uploading software – we do not get access to the direct api – and we want to automate uploading with 100% error free approach. What we can do right now is automating processes by pixel positions and mouse clicks. Which is a very simple kind of automation and not errorfree. So your job will be automating the following aspects/steps in techincal excellence - Automated applaunch when media in inserted (launch file can be at external usb-stick) (IMAGE 01) - login (IMAGE 02) - choose the uploading process in main menu of the java-tool (IMAGE 03) - Chose a CSV File from a specific folder (external drive) and upload it (for understanding we provide you a file structure which is common in our approach. E.g. /folder/100001 :with csv. jpg etc.) – here it´s very important to chose always the right folder (after success /folder/100002 is next) (IMAGE 04 & 05) - Chose the Cover file (jpg- same folder) - Enter two random texts (just 4 dots „...“) in two textfileds (IMAGE 06) - Select 2 Checkboxes (IMAGE 06) - Click „ok“ within a pop up (IMAGE 07) - Select Buttont „export receipt“ – download that pdf to a specific folder/receipts/ (IMAGE 08 & 09) - Select button „content hub“ - Press „ok“ wihtin a pop up (Excerpt (IMAGE 10) - Select language („ok“-popup) (IMAGE 11) - „upload-process“ – Add files to directory (just a click) / pop up „yes“ afterwards – select same folder as before for uploading „WAV“-Files – after this process is done – check if the „state“ are „added“ (which means okay) (IMAGE 12) - afterwards press button „check added files“ , after this process is done – check if the „state“ are „VALID“ (which means okay)if not it´s necessary to check a „validation“-checkbox... (IMAGE 13&14) - if all states are „valid“ (green“) it´s time to presss button „upload“ (IMAGE 15) - last step is authorization : pop-up where to enter the word „yes“ by keyboad and press okay.. (IMAGE 16) - then upload starts finally all State is „stored“ (blue) (last process takes around 10 minutes ) (IMAGE 17) - finally after finished process „press okay“ (IMAGE 18) - press button – close import dialog“ (IMAGE 19) - (also delete the folder where the files came from e.g. folder/100001 – which maybe forces to end the software and restart...if you see better solution let me know) - start with next folder (which means exatly, press „home“, select upload process (loop – here it needs tob e entrered, how many loops should run – this should be changed manually via an TXT file or something, standard: 25) (IMAGE 20) - if any error happens (necessary to send an automated email for fixing manually, afterwards, continue at that point, because every upload costs real money!) - wating time till processes finished should be „intelligent“ – so check if´s loaded, and not just enter 10 seconds for waiting (because it can take 2 sec. Or 200 secs!) - if the folder numbers are 000001 and 000002 it should work.. also i fit is 0000001 and next is 000004 (if in preparing some numbers missing, it should pick the next folder „intelligent“, to) - if finished send a success email.. (simple pop3) how we work: you work on my pc via teamviewer, because every uploaded data costs money... so there might not be many try´s .. also it´s uploading of „wav“ files.. which are large.. we pay 50% when the automation runs, and 50% after testing. what we finally want: put in a usb on a pc where the tools are installed – and everything should run automated , till 25 (number can be edited) uploads are made – after that we get a success email... What you do: - programming & communicating with me (eg via skype, for logging in an testing on teamviewer session), daily reports - fixing the issues while running (there will be maybe errors which needs to be solved, we will run it on several pcs when it´s finished for testing) best regards
