Game Launcher Needed for a Java Game (minecraft)

I am in need of a Custom made Game launcher that would launch a java based game on a WINDOWS ( xp - 8 ) computer. This Launcher will need: - Authentication of user account with games login system to make sure users are using a valid account (option to remember password and username) - Launch the java game - Ability to add Texture Packs to a specified folder via the launcher interface (an upload option or a button that opens a selected folder) - A user defined field location for where the java game file is located - A user defined field for multiple java version profiles. - Sections to call xml, rss or social media information into the launcher in seperate tabs. (with options for downloading recommended files and packages, these sections would update so news and files are current without the user having to download the .exe again) and a few more options and features to be discussed with the right candidate.
