This app will cover the following things (we will give detailed instructions what to do and what the app is about): Some highlights of the app 1. We will provide all backend API's your role will just be to make our APK code. 2. We will provide graphic design support (as images). 3. The app will be picking up GPS location of the phone and send to our API. 4. The app will be first one time registering the user with our api based on android id of the phone (linked with Android biometric fingerprinting of the user), somehow the fingerprint informtion of the user (everytime the user logs in) should be transmitted to our API. 5. Two sets of icons to be loaded (based on what kind of flag our API sends the set of icons changes). 6. The icons will be used to display reports produced by our API or show few forms which will be used to fill and submit data to our APIs. 7. Mobile phones camera will be used to live record videos and submit to our api. Lets say 4 icons each type (total 8 icons or so) Some special provisions (need experienced programmer to suggest this). 1. Special permissions to be taken from user at the time of installation so that app can automatically force the phone to give location permissions to the app. 2. Some mechanism to make sure our APi's are sent values from the phone (especially that the user has logged in using fingerprints everytime- some way to authenticate that and conform to our API). 3. We will not upload the app to google play store but still want the app to be able to vibrate the phone and display to the user that there is a notification waiting for him to read (so suggest is there any way to still alert the user of any events that we want to trigger through apk) we are considering publishing it as private app on google play. We want someone who can be available for quick chats etc, we want to finish first phase of this app in few weeks
