Job Description: We are seeking a skilled Chatbot Developer to create an intelligent chatbot that will enable our employees to easily access information about Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) within our company. The chatbot will utilize Language Model (LLM) technology to interpret natural language queries and provide clear, consolidated answers sourced from a collection of SOP files, primarily in PDF format. The successful candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing the chatbot solution while ensuring a seamless user experience. Responsibilities: · Design, develop, and implement a chatbot solution utilizing LLM to facilitate employee queries regarding SOPs. · Extract and preprocess data from SOP files, primarily in PDF format, to enable efficient searching and retrieval of relevant information. · Implement natural language processing (NLP) algorithms and techniques to interpret employee queries and extract intent · Develop a robust search mechanism to locate relevant information across multiple SOP documents. · Enable mechanisms to provide feedback to optimize the chatbot's performance and accuracy. · Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including subject matter experts and IT professionals, to gather requirements and ensure the chatbot meets user needs. Skills and Expertise: · Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. · Strong proficiency in natural language processing and understanding (NLP/NLU) techniques and algorithms. · Proven experience in developing chatbot solutions, preferably using LLM technology. · Familiarity with machine learning frameworks and libraries such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, or similar. · Solid understanding of information retrieval techniques, text mining, and document processing. · Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, Java, or similar. · Experience with data extraction and preprocessing from PDF documents is highly desirable. · Knowledge of chatbot development platforms and frameworks, such as Dialogflow, Microsoft Bot Framework, or similar. · Familiarity with Google Chat API or similar chat integration tools. · Strong problem-solving skills and ability to handle complex queries and information retrieval challenges. · Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams. · Attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality, user-centric solutions.
