Javascript assistance needed to modify existing code

I need this very quickly. I have a simple Javascript-driven Menu System I downloaded from another site (its legal). The System allows me (a non-Javascript person) to configure the way I want the menu to look & act. It has worked fine but now I need to add a feature for a new website I'm creating. Within its configuration table I normally set the link for a menu as "[login to view URL]". The System adds the rest of the URL so when a customer clicks the link, the "[login to view URL]" page displays. The new feature I must have someway is for the customer to be able to click the "[login to view URL]" menu link and open that page in a new window, e.g. like a "target = "_blank" is added so the new page does not take the place of the current page. To see what I need go to [login to view URL], then click on the "Engine Families" link on the left side. I want this on only certain menu selections, not all of them. The Javascript code I'm using is attached. The "[login to view URL]" file is the configuration file and the "[login to view URL]" is the execution file (I assume). Thanks
