Quick Javascript Menu Fix - Modify Fly Out Menu

Hi, Project: Modify my fly-out category menu on my ecommerce site so that the sub-categories do not display, so that visitors can not navigate to the sub-category or sub sub category from the left side navigation. IMPORTANT*** The sub category links and sub sub category links must still show up on the sub cat landing pages as text links, as they do now.
