Carpet Shop Web Design

UK based Carpet Shop requires designed website (no templates) with simple Flash feature in Logo Header, slight re-design of logo, 6-7 top level pages and at least 3 sub-level pages on products to distinguish different types of floor covering, graphics and copy will be supplied. Require random changing images, an area for main copy, an area for features or testimonials, form based contact page, customer also wants capability to stream a short audio message, want design to fit 600 x 800 with no scrolling, mysql database is available if required and main content must remain editable for me using Dreamweaver without messing up the code, I want to spend less than $300 require completion before end Feb 2005.
