JQuery UI BAR / Chart Input Element to edit temperature profiles - repost

We need an input Element for a jquery-ui based website. The Element is needed to edit e.g. wanted temperature values during a day (temperature profile). This should be done on a graphical input element. We want to have time on the x-axis and set value (e.g. temperature) on the y-axis. Values should be displayed either as a line or as bars. Both options need to be implemented. A User should be able to adjust values by moving points of the line up and down or by moving the bars to a desired value. Set value should be visible to the user. We'll discuss final layout on skype... The element needs to work on both, PC browsers and mobile devices. The values to this should be passed as JSON data array. We want to have a flexible amount of data / time pairs. We want to have pagination in place to be able to edit values for e.g. a week. Copy data from one page (=day) to other pages (=days) should be supported. 5 individual texts per pagination page need to be supported. Colour themes need to be supported.
