JavaScript component look like clock for reporting

- component will look like clock but in fact its not working clock - purpose is reporting - component will have 3 inputs + 60 inputs - first and second input (hour, minutes) you will use for show time on clock - third input (precision) you will use for dividing (when input will be 5 minutes -> clock will have 12 sections, when input will be 15 minutes -> clock will have 4 sections, when input will be 60 minutes -> clock will have 1 section) - remain 60 inputs (bit 0,1) will set color of sections (sample is in excel)
