OneSignal Developer to Build a Custom Prompt Form

We are using OneSignal. We would like to create a custom form so that when a user is prompted to signup for Notifications, they can choose 1 or more segments to join. Here's information from OneSignal, two ideas: Idea 1) "Currently we don't have a form for subscription. You would need to create your own. You can do this with our Custom Code Setup in the OneSignal Dashboard. no prompt will show with this code. Then you can use your custom prompt and call [login to view URL]() when the user clicks "yes" on your prompt. This will show the native browser prompt which is required for subscription. If the user selects "No" on your custom modal, you can handle it by saving the response to local storage and re-prompting again when you like. We also have an example of a custom link here: [login to view URL]"; Idea 2) "If you're open to ideas, I suggest using tags to send notifications to users depending on their interests. Most users provide a button on the page asking the user if they want notifications for articles like this. If they click yes, then you can add the tag to them or prompt them to subscribe if they are not subscribed yet. If you want to add data to users and/or send certain notifications to users depending on their preferences, then you need to use tags. Please see our Tagging Guide documentation for more on adding tags and better understanding of how they work. Keep in mind, the user must be subscribed before the tag is added on them. Once the user registers, the tags will automatically be sent to our server as long as the page session is the same (i.e. the user has not navigated to another page).
